What year did you enter the seminary?

2009

What did you do prior to seminary entrance?

I attended Temple University immediately after high school and graduated with a B.S. in Geology. I came directly from Temple to the seminary.

What influenced your decision to enter the seminary?

The unfolding of my college years was very important and was where I began considering the priesthood. The witness of holy men and priests was a guiding light. The more I sought God, the stronger my desire for the priesthood became.

Why do you want to be a priest?

I want to be a priest to praise God, support His church, and to make present the Heart of Jesus. Most importantly, I want to do God’s Will and be with Him.

What did your family and friends think about your decision to enter the seminary?
I have experienced a variety of reactions.

What do you do for fun?

I play music, listen to music, read, play sports, and enjoy all types of outdoor activities.

Who is your favorite Saint?
St. Bernard of Clairvaux

What advice would you give to a young man thinking about the seminary?

If you strive to be holy God will lead you. Don’t look for too many signs because your own thoughts and desires may be all the indication you need.
