2007

What did you do prior to seminary entrance?
Played paintball and hockey, high school, held a job, rock climbing, spent time with friends and family.

What influenced your decision to enter the seminary?
Adoration, working as a sacristan, and the Vocation Director.

Why do you want to be a priest?
To do God’s will.

What did your family and friends think about your decision to enter the seminary?

Many had mixed views but all were proud and happy for me and generally supportive.

What do you do for fun?
Ice hockey, all sports, paintball, rock climbing, video games, hang out with my youth group, friends and family, and fool around with the guitar.

Who is your favorite Saint?
Current Saint Padre Pio. When Pope John Paul II becomes a saint, it will be him.

What advice would you give to a young man thinking about the seminary?

Do not be intimidated. Do not be afraid. God will give you the resources and grace to answer His call if that is His will. If not, then, you have done right thing anyway by placing God first in your life.
