Power of the Priesthood
With missionary zeal, Msgr. Frank Depman has dedicated his life to serving the Hispanic community in southern Chester County. Ordained a priest of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia in 1981, he is pastor of St. Rocco Parish in Avondale, where he serves as a true spiritual father to his parishioners. Prayer, generosity, humility, and hospitality are the hallmarks of Fr. Frank's inspiring and hands-on ministry.
Compassion, understanding, and empathy characterize the ministry of Fr. Douglas McKay, priest for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. Fr. Doug, ordained in 1982, is founder and chaplain for Our House Ministries in the Grays Ferry section of Philadelphia. As ‘the living and transparent image of Christ the priest’ (JPII), Fr. Doug uses the power of prayer and the sacraments in his outreach to those who are struggling with addiction.
